To make the recipe for 4 to 6 people, you will need:
- 600g mirabelle plums
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 15 to 20 cl of milk
- 200g flour
- oil for frying
- Sugar to sprinkle at the end

- Then gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly.
