Dough Ingredients
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2/3 cup (tea) skimmed milk
- 2/3 cup (tea) of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 clara
- Sanitized strawberries
- Strawberry jam
Filling Ingredients
- 500 grams of chopped strawberries
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, sift the flour and salt.
- Make a well in the center, add little by little, mixing the milk, egg white and water.
- Beat well with a wooden spoon until you get a bubbly dough.
- In a greased non-stick frying pan, fry portions of the dough on both sides, forming eight crepes.
Filling preparation method
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the juice.
- Place in a pan, heat over low heat and stir until it thickens.
- Remove, add the strawberries and stir.
Assembly
- Place portions of the filling in the center of the crepes and fold into quarters.
- Decorate with strawberries, jam and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, use diet jelly.
Instead of folding, you can roll the crepes like pancakes or place filling in the center of the dough and roll up the ends to form a bundle.
