The Palestinian Education Ministry in Gaza, where Hamas has been in power since 2007, was forced to suspend the school year on November 6 last year due to the intensity of Israeli bombings, and warned that more than 6,400 students and more than 100 teachers had been killed since the start of the Israeli invasion on October 7.
