In England, a 19-year-old man, identified as Carl Alesbrook, was sentenced after being found guilty of violently shaking a four-month-old baby, the son of his former partner, until he died. The minor suffered brain injuries and bone fractures.

The killer, who committed the crime on January 2, 2022, when he was 16 years old, said the boy, identified as Elijah Shemwell, “I was acting like a little idiot” because I kept spitting out a pacifier.
Why did he kill the baby?
According to the Daily Mail, the theory that the researchers are working with is that The murderer was jealous of the child’s father and thought that the mother still had some kind of relationship with him.
Alesbrook’s violent outbursts left the four-month-old baby with a brain haemorrhage, whiplash-type injuries and multiple bone fractures. The child was treated at Nottingham Medical Centre but died three days later on 5 January.
The suspect committed the attacks against the boy a few weeks after meeting India Shemwell, the minor’s mother. Often, The woman entrusted her son to the aggressor when she went to work.
