Mom’s Tips
CMC is: carboxymethyl cellulose, an ingredient that is a thickener and also helps the paste dry faster (it draws out moisture). It is also used to make edible glue. CMC also helps give elasticity to elastic dough. It is found in homes/stores that sell culinary products for confectionery/parties.
