Even in summer, you can enjoy coffee, creamy and refreshing. So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (vanilla coffee)
  • 6 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 8 cute
  • ½ liter of whipped cream

Preparation Mode

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. In a mixer, beat the egg yolks with 1 cup (tea) of sugar until light.
  3. Gradually add the boiling milk, without stopping to beat.
  4. Add the vanilla and cook over a bain-marie, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken and acquires the consistency of a sauce.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, remove from heat, stirring until cool.
  6. Place in ice cube trays and place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until it acquires the consistency of ice cream.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare 1 liter of coffee, dissolving 4 tablespoons of instant coffee in 1 liter of boiling water.
  8. Add the remaining sugar and let cool.
  9. Place a portion of coffee in the bottom of a tall glass.
  10. Put 2 scoops of ice cream and add a little more coffee.
  11. Decorate with whipped cream.

Mom’s Tips

Serve as a snack, and you can also decorate it with champagne biscuits.

If you prefer, use ready-made ice cream in cream flavor, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of instant coffee and placing it in the freezer before using.

You can also prepare the same recipe using chocolate ice cream.
