Ingredients Dough

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 4 egg whites, beaten until stiff

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 1 can of cream
  • ½ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter ring-shaped cake tin.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a mixer, beat the margarine with the sugar and egg yolks.
  4. Gradually add the chocolate, flour and yeast, alternating with the milk and mixing well.
  5. Gently add the beaten egg whites and pour the batter into the pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Remove, unmold and set aside.

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Drizzle this mixture over the still-warm cake.
