Ingredients Dough

  • ½ cup (tea) of sifted wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) of sifted cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 5 cute
  • 5 egg whites
  • Icing sugar

Ingredients Filling

  • 500 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • ½ can of cream without whey

Preparation Method Filling

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and mix.
  2. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator, place in the mixer and beat.

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Line a 20cm x 30cm pan with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they form a light, foamy cream.
  4. Outside the mixer, add the flour, chocolate and mix well.
  5. Place in the pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  6. Unmold while still hot onto a damp cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar.
  7. Roll it up like a swiss roll and let it cool for a few minutes before unrolling it.

Assembly

  1. Open the swiss roll and fill with half of the cream.
  2. Roll it up.
  3. Cover with the remaining cream.
  4. Decorate as desired.

Mom’s Tips

To make the (white) dough without chocolate, remove the chocolate powder and use 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour instead of ½ cup.
