Save time with another blender recipe; it’s more practical. The pie is very tasty!
Ingredients Dough
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (American) of oil
- 4 large potatoes
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk, as much as needed
Ingredients Filling
- 200 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams of sliced ham
- 2 seedless tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped green olives
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a medium baking dish or baking dish. Set aside.
- Cook the potatoes in salted water. Once cooked, let them cool.
- Peel the potatoes and mash them.
- In a blender, beat the potato together with the oil and flour.
- With the blender running, add milk until the batter is liquid like a blender pie dough.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- Spread the ham and mozzarella slices over the dough.
- Spread the olives and distribute the tomatoes on top.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Mom’s Tips
The American cup (most used/small) when fully filled = 190 ml. It is a cup manufactured by the company Nadir Figueiredo.
In the recipe you can use 180 ml of oil.
Yields approximately 8 servings.
