Ingredients
- 6 bananas talk
- 6 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 lemon juice
Preparation Mode
- Peel the bananas, cut off the ends and remove the fibers.
- Cut the bananas in half and open each half lengthwise.
- In a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter.
- Brown the banana pieces on both sides.
- Wet with honey.
- Let it boil for 1 minute.
- Add the lemon juice and let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dish, toast and fried bacon, with ice cream or whipped cream.
Mom’s Tips
Always remove the banana pulp, as it leaves a bitter taste in the food.
You can replace the silver banana with another type of banana of your choice.
