  • 250 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 250 grams of noodles with eggs
  • 50 grams of ham cut into cubes
  • 120 grams snow peas, sliced ​​diagonally
  • 4 small onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, cut into strips

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles for approximately 4 minutes.
  2. Remove, drain well, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  3. Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin strips.
  4. Place the chicken strips in a bowl and mix with the soy sauce.
  5. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and fry the onion and chicken for approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Add the ham, peas and fry for another 1 minute.
  7. Always stirring, add the noodles, sugar and sesame oil.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Add the chives and serve hot.

Mom’s Tips

If you don’t like chicken, substitute it with beef, shrimp or pork.
