Japanese and Chinese dishes have been adapted to Western tastes, so gone are the days when Eastern cuisine was considered “exotic”.
Ingredients
- 250 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 250 grams of noodles with eggs
- 50 grams of ham cut into cubes
- 120 grams snow peas, sliced diagonally
- 4 small onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, cut into strips
Preparation Mode
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles for approximately 4 minutes.
- Remove, drain well, rinse in cold water and set aside.
- Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin strips.
- Place the chicken strips in a bowl and mix with the soy sauce.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and fry the onion and chicken for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the ham, peas and fry for another 1 minute.
- Always stirring, add the noodles, sugar and sesame oil.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chives and serve hot.
Mom’s Tips
If you don’t like chicken, substitute it with beef, shrimp or pork.
