Ingredients
- 400 grams of stuffed capelet pasta
- 2 liters of water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a large pot, boil the water and dissolve the chicken stock cubes.
- Add the capelin and cook for the time recommended by the manufacturer.
- Be careful not to overcook the dough and make it open.
- Remove from heat and add parsley.
Mom’s Tips
In deep plates, serve the capelets sprinkled with cheese.
If you prefer, you can also serve it drizzled with tomato sauce.
