Ingredients

  • 400 grams of stuffed capelet pasta
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large pot, boil the water and dissolve the chicken stock cubes.
  2. Add the capelin and cook for the time recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Be careful not to overcook the dough and make it open.
  4. Remove from heat and add parsley.

Mom’s Tips

In deep plates, serve the capelets sprinkled with cheese.

If you prefer, you can also serve it drizzled with tomato sauce.
