Everyday rice doesn’t have to be boring. Check out how easy it is to spice it up!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of white rice
- 4 cups (tea) of small broccoli florets
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes (optional)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 4 cups (tea) of boiling water
- Room taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the rice, broccoli and chicken broth.
- Add water and mix well.
- Season with salt, cover the pan and let cook until the water evaporates.
- Remove from heat.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Decorate as desired.
- Serve.
Mom’s Tips
You can replace the chicken broth with seasonings of your choice.
