Everyday rice doesn’t have to be boring. Check out how easy it is to spice it up!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of white rice
  • 4 cups (tea) of small broccoli florets
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 4 cups (tea) of boiling water
  • Room taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add the rice, broccoli and chicken broth.
  3. Add water and mix well.
  4. Season with salt, cover the pan and let cook until the water evaporates.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Decorate as desired.
  8. Serve.

Mom’s Tips

You can replace the chicken broth with seasonings of your choice.
