Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 2 cups (tea) of fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup (tea) of orange liqueur
  • ½ cup (tea) of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation Mode

  1. In a saucepan, heat the cream.
  2. Remove and add the chocolate.
  3. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add the butter, liqueur, honey, zest and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Remove, shape the truffles and roll them in the chocolate powder.
  7. Place them on parchment paper to firm up and dry completely.

Mom’s Tips

You can find fresh cream in the refrigerated shelves of good supermarkets.

You can also find orange liqueur (Cointreau, Curaçao or Grand Marnier) in good supermarkets.
