  • 6 large potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place them in a colander.
  3. Wash under running water until the water from washing the potatoes no longer comes out white.
  4. Dry the potatoes with a clean cloth and fry them in batches.
  5. Remove from heat with a slotted spoon, place on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs

Preparation Mode

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices and pre-cook them for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the salt and cheese.
  3. Coat the potatoes in this mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and place on paper towels.
  6. Serve.
