Another version of cheese bread that is a national passion. Yum…!
Ingredients
- 1 and ¾ cup (tea) of sweet or sour cassava starch
- ½ cup (tea) of whole wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) of oil
- ½ cup (tea) of soy milk
- ¼ dessert spoon of salt
- 100 grams of tofu cheese
- 2 eggs
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Place the tapioca flour in a bowl and set aside.
- Boil the milk, oil and salt.
- Pour over the reserved tapioca flour and then mix with the wheat flour, stirring constantly.
- Add the cheese, eggs and mix with your hands.
- Shape the rolls, place them on an ungreased baking tray and bake until lightly golden.
- Serve immediately.
Mom’s Tips
Tofu: a type of soy “cheese”; obtained from soy milk.
The bread roll yields approximately 30 units.
