Making chocolates and truffles, to sell or simply offer to family and friends, can become a very enjoyable activity!

Champagne Truffles

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of milk chocolate
  • 200 grams of semisweet chocolate
  • 1 can of cream
  • ¾ cup (coffee) of champagne
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • Milk chocolate for dipping

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth cream.
  3. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  4. Shape the truffles.
  5. Dip in melted, tempered chocolate.
  6. Decorate as desired.
  7. Yields approximately 25 units.

Cereal Candy

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of milk chocolate coating or chocolate chip coating
  • 50 grams of crunchy cereal flakes
  • 100 grams of chopped plums
  • 100 grams of white raisins
  • 100 grams of chopped peanuts

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the topping in the milk, add the cereal flakes, prunes, raisins and peanuts.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place in candy molds and refrigerate until the mold turns white.
  4. Unmold.
  5. Decorate as desired.
  6. Yields approximately 50 units.
