- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of passion fruit juice
- ½ cup (tea) of passion fruit seeds
Preparation Method for Dough and Syrup
- Mix the flour and yeast and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the juice, egg yolks, mayonnaise and sugar.
- Remove, place in a bowl, add the reserved flour mixture and mix well.
- Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
- Place in a greased and floured pan, place in the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Remove and let cool.
- Prepare the topping by placing the first three ingredients in the blender.
- Beat well, remove and cover the cake.
- Decorate with seeds.

When making the topping, use the empty condensed milk can to measure the juice.
If you prefer, you can add fruit seeds to the dough.
