Excellent alternative for those who don’t have much time but love to cook. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cup of wheat flour
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and warm
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • Margarine
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Filling of your choice

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tin with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, cheese and flour.
  3. Then the potatoes are very hot and seasoned with salt.
  4. Place the dough in the pan.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.
  6. Unmold onto a damp tea towel.
  7. Fill to taste and roll up while still hot.
  8. Decorate as desired.

Mom’s Tips

As a filling, if you prefer, you can use already cooked vegetables or grated mozzarella cheese mixed with grated ham, chopped tomatoes and oregano or another filling of your choice.
