Ingredients Dough
- ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) of sugar
- ¼ cup (tea) of cocoa powder
- 4 egg whites
- 4 cute
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients Filling
- 500 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- ½ can of cream without whey
- 100 grams of chopped walnuts
- 100 grams of chopped almonds
Preparation Method Filling
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and mix well.
Ingredients Topping
- Melted milk chocolate or chocolate coating.
- Crushed and mixed nuts and almonds.
Preparation Mode
- Grease a rectangular baking dish. Set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat a little more.
- Add the egg yolks and beat some more.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix with the beaten eggs.
- Divide the dough in half.
- Spoon half of the dough onto the baking tray without spreading it out.
- Sift the chocolate over the remaining batter and mix.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture onto the baking tray.
- Using circular movements, mix the two doughs a little to make it marbled.
- Bake at medium temperature for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove and let cool completely.
- Cut the edges and turn out onto a clean cloth.
- Roll, unroll, spread the filling on top, sprinkle with walnuts and almonds and roll again.
- Cover with melted chocolate or your favorite chocolate frosting.
- Sprinkle with the mixed walnuts and almonds.
