Ingredients
- 240 grams of wheat flour
- 120 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 80 ml corn oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 chopped dwarf banana
- 2 large apples, chopped with the skin on
- 50 grams of seedless raisins
- 50 grams of chopped walnuts
- 50 grams of almonds
- Butter to grease the pan
- Cinnamon to grease the pan
- Sugar to grease the pan
- Nuts and almonds for decoration
Preparation Mode
- Grease a round springform pan with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and yeast.
- Add the eggs and oil and mix until you get a thick crumble.
- Add the apples, banana, raisins and walnuts.
- Mix well.
- Place in the reserved pan, decorate with almonds, walnuts and bake in an oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove and once cool, unmold.
