Homemade Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 packet of onion soup
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Mode

  1. Place oil to heat over low heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the meat and onion soup.
  3. Shape into 20 balls, flatten and form into burgers.
  4. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and place on paper towels.
  6. Serve for lunch, dinner or in your favorite sandwiches.

Mom’s Tips

Burgers can be cooked in the oven or microwave.

Hamburger Pie

Ingredients Dough

  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ loaves of stale French bread, chopped
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of milk
  • ½ cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Ingredients Filling

  • 6 thawed raw burgers
  • 150 grams of grated ham
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a 30 cm diameter springform pan with a removable bottom.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the bread, milk, eggs and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Gradually add the flour, yeast, oregano and salt and beat until you obtain a creamy mixture.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread the burgers side by side on top of the batter.
  6. Distribute the mozzarella, ham, tomato and onion evenly over the dough.
  7. Cover with the remaining dough.
  8. Brush the dough with milk.
  9. Sprinkle with a little oregano.
  10. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Unmold once lukewarm.

Mom’s Tips

Serve with a leafy salad and French fries.

Yields approximately 10 servings.
