Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tablets of fresh organic ferment
- 1 cup (tea) of butter
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 cup (tea) of milk chocolate drops
- 1 tablespoon of panettone essence
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 5 eggs
Preparation Mode
- In a deep plate, using a fork, beat the eggs lightly and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar until dissolved.
- Add 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, water, mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Add the reserved eggs, essences, chocolate powder and salt.
- Mix and gradually add the remaining flour.
- Knead for 15 minutes, gradually adding the butter and chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into two parts and place in disposable panettone molds.
- Using a knife, make a cross on top of the panettones.
- Let it rise for approximately 1 hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Cover with chocolate frosting and decorate as desired.
- Pack it up.
Mom’s Tips
Amount of biological yeast: 60 grams.
If you prefer, you can make the panettones in traditional, small, round, high-rimmed molds.

It is not recommended to replace butter with margarine or chocolate powder with chocolate powder.
