Ingredients

  • 400 grams of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • Chopped fruit to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Chop the bananas and apples and moisten them with a mixture of water and the juice of 2 lemons.
  2. Chop the remaining fruit, add the drained apple and banana and mix.
  3. In a mixer, add the cream and beat until creamy.
  4. Continue beating and gradually add the condensed milk in a thin stream until you obtain a smooth cream.
  5. In individual glasses, place cream and decorate with fruit or alternate layers of cream and fruit.

Lemon juice prevents apples and bananas from browning.
