Make your own homemade ice cream in the flavor adults and children love!
Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of emulsifier
- 2 teaspoons neutral alloy powder
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
Ingredients Chocolate Soup
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup (tea) of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the milk, chocolate, sugar and neutral binder powder for 3 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a jar with a lid and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost hard.
- Remove and place in the mixer.
- Add the emulsifier and condensed milk.
- Beat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Place in a closed container and place in the freezer.
Syrup Preparation Method
- Make the syrup just before serving the ice cream.
- Place the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat until you obtain a smooth syrup.
- Pour the still hot syrup over the ice cream.
Mom’s Tips
Serve the ice cream accompanied by crushed cashew nuts and biju.
Ice cream yields approximately 15 servings.
