A man from Jinhua, China, has died after undergoing extremely invasive dental surgery in which 23 teeth were extracted and, subsequently, 12 implants were placedall this in a single day.

Huang, 54, had been experiencing severe dental problems and decided to opt for this solution.
Despite the experience of the dental surgeon, The man began experiencing persistent pain after the procedure, according to information revealed by the South China Morning Post.
He died a few days after the operation.
The situation became more complicated as the days went by, and on August 28, Huang suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. The medical emergency resulted in his death.
The news was shared publicly by Huang’s daughter on September 2, through an emotional social media post: “I never thought my father would die so soon. “He couldn’t even drive the new car we bought him,” the daughter lamented, underlining the devastating impact the loss has had on her family.
Yongkang Municipal Health Bureau has confirmed that an investigation has been opened to examine all aspects of the procedure and the postoperative care Huang received.
“Since there was a 13-day gap between the tooth extractions and his death, We are still investigating the cause,” the entity declared.
The clinic where the procedure was performed, has declared its commitment to transparency and the safety of the procedures, and are collaborating with the authorities to clarify what happened.
