Different but no less tasty. Try this delicious version of ravioli!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cooked cheese ravioli
  • 100 grams of Swiss cheese
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs

Ingredients Sauce

  • 3 cups (tea) of milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of preserved hearts of palm
  • 1 cooked carrot, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 2 cute
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons of black raisins
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Set aside the carrots and raisins.
  3. In a blender, beat the remaining sauce ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in a pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  5. Remove and, when warm, add the carrots, raisins and pieces of hearts of palm.
  6. In a baking dish, distribute the cooked ravioli.
  7. Spread the sauce on top.
  8. In a bowl, mix the milk, both types of cheese and the eggs.
  9. Spread over the ravioli.
  10. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  11. Serve with parmesan cheese.

Mom’s Tips

If you prefer, you can add shredded cooked chicken to the ready-made sauce.

Yields approximately 4 servings.
