Ingredients
- 1 tender ball
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 can of figs in syrup
- Cloves
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven.
- Mix the honey mustard and butter and stir well.
- Make diamond or square cuts all over the tenderloin.
- Stick cloves into the joints of the cuts.
- Place on a baking tray and brush with the honey, mustard and butter mixture.
- Drizzle with the fig syrup.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the aluminum foil and leave until golden, basting with the sauce that formed in the baking dish.
- Transfer to the serving dish.
- Decorate with figs.
Mom’s Tips
Know that tender is made with lean pork meat.
The tenderloin should not release liquid when pierced with a fork after roasting.
Yields approximately 20 servings.
