Ingredients

  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 3 cups (tea) of milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Ingredients Filling

  • 500 grams of ground smoked sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a medium saucepan, place the milk, water, chicken broth, margarine and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the flour all at once, stirring until it comes away from the pan.
  4. Let it cool and knead the dough.
  5. On a smooth surface, roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Mix the filling ingredients and distribute over the circles.
  7. Close the circles by folding in half and pinching the edges.
  8. dip the rissoles in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  10. Place them on paper towels and serve.
