An easy-to-make, soft, nutritious and very tasty cake! It’s excellent for children’s snacks!

Ingredients Dough

  • 4 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
  • 3 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) of oil
  • 5 dwarf bananas
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Ingredients Topping

  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Prepare a pan of your choice by greasing and flouring it. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, place the breadcrumbs, sugar and yeast. Mix and set aside.
  4. In a blender, beat the bananas and eggs.
  5. Add the oil and beat a little more.
  6. Pour the mixture into the bowl reserved with the dry ingredients.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Place in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
  9. Unmold and, while still hot, spread the topping.

Preparation Mode Coverage

  1. In a small saucepan, place all ingredients.
  2. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Use hot.

Mom’s Tips

Do not use chocolate powder, but chocolate and powder.

The ideal breadcrumbs are those made from pure bread found on bakery counters. With industrialized breadcrumbs the cake will not turn out well.
