Ingredients
- 20 sanitized strawberries
- 2 cups full of instant whole milk powder
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 and ¼ cup (tea) of water
- 1 and ½ tablespoons strawberry flavored milk mix
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
Covering ingredients
- 200 grams of semi-sweet fractionated chocolate
- Refined sugar or crystal sugar
Preparation Mode
- Mix powdered milk with sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until it boils.
- In the blender, place the 2 tablespoons of butter, the hot mixture and blend for 5 minutes.
- Remove, place in a pan, add the milk mixture, flour and a teaspoon of butter.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the candy leaves the pan.
- Remove and place on a plate to cool.
- Once cold, remove small portions and wrap each strawberry with this sweet treat.
- Take it to freeze.
How to Prepare the Cover and Assemble the Sweet
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- When almost cold, dip half of each candy in chocolate.
- Set aside on parchment paper.
- After it dries, wrap the other half of each candy in sugar.
- Place them in molds lined with a cellophane “mat” and serve at room temperature.
Mom Tips
When cleaning strawberries, do not cut them, just remove the stems. When we cut the strawberry it starts to release water. This would harm the candy’s involvement over the strawberry.
The hot mixture in the recipe is nothing more than homemade condensed milk.
