- ¼ cup (tea) lemon juice
- 1 cup (tea) butter
- ¼ cup torn basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a large pan, add 5 liters of water with 1 tablespoon of salt, boil and cook the noodles.
- While the pasta cooks, prepare the sauce.
- In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Add the sardine fillets, cook for 5 minutes, turning them occasionally, without breaking them up.
- Reserve some whole fillets for decoration.
- Drain the pasta, add the sauce and mix.
- Serve the pasta decorated to taste and with fillets or whole sardines.
