Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- 7 eggs
- margarine spread
- Wheat flour for greasing
- Chocolate milk jam
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a 25cm x 35cm baking dish. Book.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Reserve some of the chocolate dulce de leche for decoration.
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy.
- Add the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the mixer and gently mix in the flour.
- Place on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and turn out onto a damp kitchen towel.
- Spread the rest of the chocolate dulce de leche and roll it up like a roulade with the help of the cloth.
- Place on a platter and decorate with dulce de leche.
Mom Tips
In good supermarkets you will find dulce de leche with chocolate.
