In less than 40 minutes you can prepare this delicious recipe for your family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pasta (500 grams)
  • 2 slices of pepperoni sausage, sliced
  • ½ cup (tea) tomato paste
  • ½ diced red pepper
  • 4 ripe seedless tomatoes, diced
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of capers
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh basil to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the sausage for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and sauté until golden.
  3. Add the pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the extract and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the water, tomatoes, sugar, pepper, salt and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the caper, basil, mix and turn off.
  7. Separately, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  8. Drain, transfer to a platter and distribute the sauce over the top.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Decorate with basil and serve.
