In less than 40 minutes you can prepare this delicious recipe for your family.
Ingredients
- 1 package of pasta (500 grams)
- 2 slices of pepperoni sausage, sliced
- ½ cup (tea) tomato paste
- ½ diced red pepper
- 4 ripe seedless tomatoes, diced
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of capers
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh basil to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the sausage for 3 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add the pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the extract and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the water, tomatoes, sugar, pepper, salt and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
- Add the caper, basil, mix and turn off.
- Separately, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Drain, transfer to a platter and distribute the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Decorate with basil and serve.
