Ingredients

  • 1 cup fine textured soy protein
  • 1 cup crumbled stale French bread
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 ovo
  • Chopped green flavor to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place the soy protein, cover with water and let it soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off, let cool and drain. Squeeze to remove all excess water.
  4. Add the bread, zucchini, potatoes, green beans, egg, flour, green chillies and salt.
  5. Mix and shape the burgers.
  6. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Book.
  8. In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the burgers until golden on both sides.
  9. Transfer to a platter and serve with the sauce.
