Ingredients

  • 1 kg of cod fillets
  • 1 bunch of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup whole black olives (optional)
  • ½ cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper in slices
  • 2 Carrots cut into fillets
  • 2 sliced ​​potatoes
  • 1 sliced ​​onion
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried garlic to taste for sprinkling (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Leave the cod to soak in water for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. During this time, change the water 4 times.
  3. Drain.
  4. In a large pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and add the cod, pepper, onion and garlic.
  5. Fry until golden.
  6. Add the potato and broccoli, cover with water and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until softened.
