A simple dish that everyone likes is boiled meat. Enhanced with vegetables, it is very nutritious!
Ingredients
- 1.2 kg of chuck cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups (tea) of water
- 2 beef broth cubes
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 small onions cut in half
- 1 carrot in slices
- 2 cups of chopped green beans
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
- ½ cup chopped green chilli
Preparation Mode
- Season the meat with salt, garlic and pepper.
- In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, add the oil, sugar, meat and fry until golden.
- Add the water and broth, cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes after the pressure starts.
- Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
- When there is no pressure, open the pan, add the green beans, carrots, mushrooms, onions, olives and half of the green pepper.
- Return the pan to medium heat. If necessary, add a little more water.
- Cook until the vegetables and meat are tender.
- Transfer to a refractory and sprinkle with the remaining green scent.
- Serve.
