Ingredients
- 500 grams of skinless, boneless chicken meat
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 200 grams of sliced bread cubes
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation Mode
- Season the chicken with ready-made seasoning, basil and black pepper.
- Season the bread cubes with powdered poultry seasoning to taste, olive oil and black pepper. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a refractory dish, spread the creamy cheese.
- Then distribute the chicken on top.
- Spread tomato sauce on top.
- Distribute the grated mozzarella all over the plate.
- Lastly, the seasoned bread cubes.
- Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove, cover with aluminum foil and leave in the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Serve then.
Mom Tips
Croutons = seasoned bread cubes. Excellent to accompany soups, salads, escondidinhos, etc. Homemade croutons can be kept in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
