Easy, versatile and delicious gelatin and chocolate dessert! Versatile in flavor and also in preparation method.

Flan Ingredients

  • 1 box of raspberry flavored gelatin powder
  • 1 envelope of unflavored colorless gelatin
  • 250 grams of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • ½ cup of hot water

Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup of red fruit jelly
  • 4 tablespoons of water

Syrup Preparation Method

Mix the jelly with the water. Book.

Flan Preparation Mode

  1. Spread some of the dissolved jelly into a central hole mold measuring 22 cm in diameter. Enough to smear the shape.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie until dissolved. Book.
  3. Dissolve the colorless gelatin according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. In a blender, beat the raspberry gelatin with hot water until dissolved or see Mother’s Tips below.
  5. Add the prepared colorless gelatin, condensed milk, cream, reserved chocolate, milk and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  6. Pour into the mold and refrigerate until firm.
  7. Unmold the flan and cover with the syrup.
  8. Serve.

Mom Tips

Instead of blending the raspberry gelatin with hot water in the blender, you can dissolve it separately and then add it to the other ingredients in the blender.

Use the empty condensed milk can to measure the milk.

If you prefer, you can change the flavor of the gelatin and jelly. Always match the flavor of jelly to that of gelatin.
