Mom Tips
The flavor of the pepper stick is mild.
Thick sticks take longer to bake.
Thin sticks (ideal), depending on the size of your oven, there will be several batches. While the first ones are baking, shape the next sticks and don’t worry about the dough. The dough continues to rise both outside and inside the oven. As they still grow when baked, the ideal is for the sticks to be shaped very thin. They become more delicate and elegant.
The sticks should not be overbaked, respect the oven time.
