Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • ½ cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Syrup, Filling and Covering Ingredients

  • 800 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 450 grams of fresh cream
  • 1 cup ready-made whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry liqueur
  • 2 boxes of sanitized and chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups of guarana flavored soda

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Mix the wheat flour with the chocolate and set aside.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the milk, flour and chocolate mixture and continue beating.
  6. Turn off the mixer, add the yeast and mix well with a spoon.
  7. Place in the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Method of Preparation Filling and Covering

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the cream and liqueur.
  2. Mix well and let it cool.
  3. Add the whipped cream and mix again.

Cake Assembly

  1. Unmold the cake once it has cooled.
  2. Divide the cake into three parts.
  3. Water the masses, without soaking, with guarana.
  4. Place part of the truffle in one of the masses and distribute part of the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the same process with the second layer of cake.
  6. Place the third layer of cake, cover with the remaining truffle, decorate with chocolate shavings, chocolate arabesques and whole strawberries.
