I tried this recipe in São Paulo. A delight! Don’t wait for summer to try it.
Ingredients
- 400 grams of siri meat
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 slices of crustless bread
Preparation Mode
- Crumble the bread and moisten with 3 tablespoons of water. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a medium pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- When the onion becomes transparent, add the tomato paste, 1 cup (tea) of water and the green scent.
- Add coconut milk to the stew and then the crab meat.
- When it boils, add the salt and the reserved bread.
- Cook for 5 minutes and turn off.
- Distribute into 6 crab shell molds and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
