Sweet tarts are delicious and can share parties with traditional sweets.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Maria biscuits (200 grams)
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 250 grams of chopped white chocolate
  • 200 grams of fresh cream
  • ¼ cup (tea) lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. In a blender, grind the cookies.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add the butter and work with your fingertips until it comes together.
  4. Line the bottom and sides of 6 individual molds.
  5. Bake for approximately 7 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove and let cool.
  7. Place the chocolate in the blender and set aside.
  8. In a pan, heat the cream with the lemon juice until it boils.
  9. Pour the hot liquid into the blender and blend until smooth.
  10. Pour the cream onto the base of the tarts and smooth with a spatula.
  11. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
  12. Remove, decorate with whipped cream and lemon zest.
  13. Serve.

Mom Tips

Yield of 6 units.

Pie molds or cupcake molds can be used to bake the tart dough.
