Ingredients
- 1 package of Maria biscuits (200 grams)
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 250 grams of chopped white chocolate
- 200 grams of fresh cream
- ¼ cup (tea) lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, grind the cookies.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the butter and work with your fingertips until it comes together.
- Line the bottom and sides of 6 individual molds.
- Bake for approximately 7 minutes or until set.
- Remove and let cool.
- Place the chocolate in the blender and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the cream with the lemon juice until it boils.
- Pour the hot liquid into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the cream onto the base of the tarts and smooth with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
- Remove, decorate with whipped cream and lemon zest.
- Serve.

Yield of 6 units.
Pie molds or cupcake molds can be used to bake the tart dough.
