- In a pan, over medium heat, cook all the ingredients.
- Keep stirring the sauce until the tomatoes break down.
- Pass through a sieve.
Dough Preparation Method
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted water until they are soft.
- Peel them and pass them through a juicer. Let it cool.
- Add the egg, salt, flour and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In a large pan, bring ¾ of its capacity of water with a dash of oil to boil.
- With the dough, make rolls 1.5 cm in diameter.
- Cut into 2 cm long pieces and press the pieces lightly with the tip of a fork.
- Cook little by little in boiling water until they rise to the surface.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a platter.
