Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ovo
- 1 can of drained and chopped palm hearts
- 1 peeled and seedless tomato, chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 excited
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, add the butter and sauté the tomato and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the heart of palm and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the water, milk, chicken broth, egg yolks, parsley, black pepper, salt and mix.
- Let it boil.
- Add the wheat flour all at once, mixing until it no longer sticks to the pan.
- Remove and place on a smooth, dry surface and let cool.
- Knead the dough by adding the cheese.
- Shape the croquettes, dip in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until they are evenly browned.
- Remove, drain on paper towel and serve.
