Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 can of drained and chopped palm hearts
  • 1 peeled and seedless tomato, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 excited
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, add the butter and sauté the tomato and onion for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the heart of palm and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the water, milk, chicken broth, egg yolks, parsley, black pepper, salt and mix.
  4. Let it boil.
  5. Add the wheat flour all at once, mixing until it no longer sticks to the pan.
  6. Remove and place on a smooth, dry surface and let cool.
  7. Knead the dough by adding the cheese.
  8. Shape the croquettes, dip in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry in hot oil until they are evenly browned.
  10. Remove, drain on paper towel and serve.
