Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons sifted chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100 grams of burnt grated coconut
  • Burnt shredded coconut to decorate
  • Paper molds
  • Cellophane “mats” for paper cups

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, place the condensed milk, chocolate, butter and burnt grated coconut.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Remove, pour onto a plate and let cool.
  4. With small portions of the candy, make balls.
  5. Dip them in the burnt grated coconut, place them on the mat and fit them into the molds.

Mom Tips

When making any sweet treat, always use cellophane mats (lining). There are plain, colorless, colored and decorated. Combine the mat with the paper mold. A procedure that guarantees a hygienic appearance and prevents certain sweets from sticking to the paper molds. Your product looks refined and elegant.
