Ingredients
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 envelope of red unflavored gelatin
- 1 envelope of colorless flavorless gelatin
- 6 large, very ripe red guavas
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) of water
Syrup Ingredients
- 2 large, ripe red guavas
- ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of water
How to prepare the syrup
- Peel the guavas, remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender, blend half of the guavas with the water.
- Place over low heat in a pan with the sugar and remaining guava.
- Stir constantly until it thickens slightly.
- Remove and let cool while you prepare the pudding.
Pudding Preparation Method
- Grease a mold with a central hole with oil. Book.
- Peel the guavas, remove the seeds, chop them and blend them in a blender with the water.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve and return it to the blender.
- Add condensed milk and cream. Book.
- Hydrate both types of gelatin according to the package instructions.
- Place the prepared gelatin in the blender and blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the mold, cover with plastic film and refrigerate until firm.
- Unmold and cover with syrup.

When making the syrup, do not overcook it or the guava pieces will fall apart.
