Cheese phagottini
Ingredients
- 1 package of phagottini 4 cheeses
- 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced carrot
- ½ cup (tea) of water
- 1 small onion cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons chopped red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, heat the butter and brown the onion.
- Add the celery, carrot and sauté well until wilted.
- Add the pepper, pods, water and cook over low heat, with the pan covered, until they soften.
- Add the cream and let it cook until it boils.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the phagottini until it is “al dente”.
- Drain the pasta, place it on a plate and spread the sauce over it.
- Serve then.
Mom Tips
Fagottini can also be made with homemade or industrialized Bolognese sauce.
