Cheese phagottini

Ingredients

  • 1 package of phagottini 4 cheeses
  • 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced carrot
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 1 small onion cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, heat the butter and brown the onion.
  2. Add the celery, carrot and sauté well until wilted.
  3. Add the pepper, pods, water and cook over low heat, with the pan covered, until they soften.
  4. Add the cream and let it cook until it boils.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the phagottini until it is “al dente”.
  7. Drain the pasta, place it on a plate and spread the sauce over it.
  8. Serve then.

Mom Tips

Fagottini can also be made with homemade or industrialized Bolognese sauce.
