Dough Ingredients

- ½ cup cornstarch (corn starch)
- 1 cup margarine (tea)

- 5 eggs

Filling and Covering Ingredients
- 1 can of chopped pineapple in syrup
- 400 ml fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
Syrup Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple syrup
- 1 cup (tea) of guarana
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a medium round or rectangular pan. Book.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a whitish and fluffy cream.
- Add the margarine and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch and sifted flour, alternating with the milk, until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Turn off the mixer, remove the bowl and add the yeast, mixing with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
Method of Preparation Filling and Covering
- Using a mixer, beat the cream for 3 minutes and add the sugar.
- Continue beating until you get whipped cream. Be careful not to beat too much and it turns into butter.
- Add the pineapple and mix.
Cake Assembly
- Mix the syrup ingredients.
- Cut the cake, drizzle with half the syrup.
- Spread half of the whipped cream.
- Place the other layer of cake, drizzle with the remaining syrup and cover with the remaining whipped cream.
- Decorate to taste.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator.
