A quick and easy kibbeh recipe.

Ingredients

  • 350 grams of ground beef
  • 1 cup wheat (tea) for kibbeh
  • 1 tablespoon Syrian seasoning (Syrian pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint

Preparation Mode

  1. Leave the wheat to soak in warm water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the water and squeeze the wheat with your hands to remove all the water.
  3. In a bowl, place all the ingredients.
  4. Mix well and shape the kibbehs.
  5. Place them in circles in a round ovenproof dish.
  6. Microwave for 13 to 15 minutes on medium power.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can fill the kibbehs with catupiry cheese or culinary cream cheese.
